ABP Rubber Screens

Rubber Disc Sscreens are ideal for inclusion into kerbside recovery system where quality is important. Rubber discs are spaced to ensure glass and fine paper fall through without the loss of small plastic and aluminum containers. Ideally suited for the separation of single stream kerbside material into paper and containers, with low levels of contamination in either stream.

Patented by ABP the disc screen offers the best separation and lowest operating costs of any screen available on the market.

  • Aperture: 50mm
  • Sorting efficiency will allow less than 2% cross contamination of output streams
  • 3 output streams, Fibre, containers and fines (under 50mm)
  • Capacity from 6 tph to 12 tph
  • Prices start from $190,000 plus installation

Screens are designed specifically to input material composition and capacity requirements of each individual system

    Benefits

  • Effectively separates glass from newspaper, mixed paper, containers and residue
  • Increases system throughput in fiber and commingled processing systems
  • Patented discs provide accurate sizing of material, increasing the percentage of fibre recovered and reducing the amount to be manually sorted
  • Disc design reduces potential for material wrap, reducing downtime
  • Heavy-duty discs ensure long disc life and reduced maintenance
  • High product throughput
